I was able to complete my workout without any pain on my shoulder. I had a torn ligament and it took some time to heal. It didn’t hurt that much unlike before. I thank God I was able to hit the gym again after my accident last month that resulted in 5 stitches on my back. It was an awesome and fun workout with my coach.
I need to start running again to burn those fats that I’ve accumulated when I was resting. I still have two more months to bring my weight back! :)
